Hi Guys!

I recently joined, but haven't posted any photos yet, so I figured it was time to do so.

The city I live in has a big university, I think even the biggest in my country. There are some weird buildings that look really funky, but the problem is that because of trees and other buildings it is very hard to get a decent shot (at least for me :)).

I found one that does work a bit for me.

Comments, critique and ideas for improvement are much appreciated!

Thanks for looking!

Not really sure what your looking for here on the this shot. A bit to much sky , need something to lead into the shot. I play a game with the kids though, called punch buggy if you see a VW, so I am one up any way.

To be honest, the more I look at it, the less I like it myself. I wanted to get this building for some time, but I've never been able to find an angle that works, even a little bit. I thought this worked quite well, but I'm not really happy with it either I think. Maybe this building just isn't meant to be photographed.

I tried a square crop to get rid of some to the sky (I have a general dislike for square crops for some reason, so I tried not to do that).

Glad I could help  I may have some more photos of the VWs, let me know when you need one, haha.
