Lightpainting - Calla Lily

Hi all...

The garden centre I work at just got a shipment of Calla Lilies - I had to get one of the dark maroon ones, they are so nice.

I decided to try "lightpainting" it - i.e. long exposure with the lights out and light the subject with a small flash light. I think it turned out rather well, only PP is removing a few background elements that caught some light too.

1Dmk2, 50mm 1.4 @ f/9, 12.2 secs.

I need to work on hiding the third bloom peeking out from behind the leaf and try some other compositions.
