Trouble with ACR

I downloaded PS CS3 for a tryout and I am having a problem in ACR because it ignores the metadata from my XTi (such as styles) and applies a default style to everything. Are there camera camera profiles available as plug-ins. It would be nice if the in-camera settings were not ignored. Even my monochrome shots show up in color.

Photoshop does not support the Picture Styles. Only DPP (newer versions) will give you that support.

As fas as the Auto settings go in ACR you can alter that by turning off the auto.

1. Open an image.
2. Press CTRL + U
3. Click on the small right triangle next to the drop down menu and click on Save As Default.
