I was reading another post about a (US) guy wanted to protect his images and was referred to a particular site. I wondered about the UK equivalent and here it is....

It may be of use to some. As soon as my photos are good enough, I will use the service myself! ;)

Quick read through ~ interesting.

AFAIK the USA has a government operated copyright registration service but in the UK there is no such body (?). The author of any works is deemed to be protected by legislation, however I have read many threads and elsewhere of 'theft' and other infringements against the author.

So, if this is an independant company offering a service I for one would like to know is it really to my benefit to trust and non governmental organisation with protecting my rights?

Please correct anything I have misunderstood and whoever can understand what this 'company' is truly offering do explain.

:)

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p
