I went with my dad to Belmont Park, NY yesterday to bet on horses and of course took that opportunity to try to take a few pictures. C&C Welcome. Pictures taken with 70-200L F/4 + Kenko 1.4x TC

I was standing right by the track and you definitely need the kenko if you want to take shots of them approaching...and yes i did win a few bucks :)

These look good with the exception of it looks like when you pumped the saturation, you did not lower you blacks back down so the shots look a little heavy with some loss of detail. Other then thay.... looks like you got the daily double. Cheers.

That's how they came out of the camera. I just resized and added my sig. No PP done.

Go figure... do you have saturation turned up for jpeg... or were these shot raw. It is just that the pink or what ever color that is in the first shot looks really over the top. If you look at the same color in the last shot, it is not nearly as neon looking. Who knows.

Hmm..no, it's on "standard" picture style and straight to JPEG. The color change is prob due to lighting. It was on and off cloudy all day.
