Great Horned Owl Family

Have been watching a Great Horned Owl family for a few weeks. Have not been able to catch the right light or the father yet. Hope to soon as they are starting to fly. Watched the largest baby swallow a small rabbit whole a few days ago, what a sight! First is mom in the evening light(small rabbit at her feet). Second is babies shooting into the morning light(could not get them to turn around to face the other way). All C&C welcome

Thanks Mitch. Always enjoy your pictures. They nested at the local college right nest to a building. Quite a tourist attraction. The mother flew right over my head a couple of days ago. So shocked I missed the shot.

Those baby great horns always look like dolls with the stuffing coming out of them or an old cattail. :)

Those are great shots, theres an owl tht frequents my back garden but unfortuantly its to dark to take picks.
