I was thinking about the sigma 24-70, but was looking for something a little wider and I dont need a lot of zoom

The lens looks to be slowly trickling in to sellers, but Adorama has none in stock yet, and neither does B&H. Matter of fact, B&H doesn't even list it. I would gauge them for availability before a random eBayer. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here

There are two small problems with all of them. Number one, the reviews are not written in English (I know of one Russian and one Chinese review).
