Quite decent tutorial here (external link) ;)

Don't know what Raw converter you are using, but I've found (while trying Lightroom), that it's fairly easy to correct the blues by clicking the 'Dot with two arrows icon' ("Adjust saturation by dragging in the photo") in the hue / saturation tab. CS3 might be similair.
In ACR for CS2, adjusting blue hue/sat in the calibration tab probabely helps...

i use ACR, and i don't think i've ever done anything w/ the calibration tab.
