Unknown bird??

Monday after work at the wetlands, saw this bird, maybe some kind of warbler? New one to me, it is bigger than a sparrow but smaller than a mockingbird.??

It does look like a Kingbird, but I haven't seen one for years. Great shot too.

Thanks..I will look it up in my bird book now that i have a name. I thought it was a warbler of some sort.
