You could've just gone to http://antwrp.gsfc.nas​a.gov (a couple of directories up from the url for the picture) and clicked on "Search." Then searched for the word "kemppainen" (which was in the picture's url). At least, that's what I did.

If the someone's name is Antti Kemppainen, the claim is valid.

That's messed up. That would totally piss me off.
