I still need more confidence in taking pics in public. I mean.....what if they beat me up?? (Okay, thats the extreme......but you never know).

Would love to hear some critiques, techniques and some examples.

Only the 4th one talked to me. And it is fantastic! 8)


5D and holy trinity of primes. Now the 90mm TS-E TS-E fly bit me. I hate these forums.

I like the second one.

But your processing seems off. The darks go to black far too early and you lose a lot of detail. Most of the whites are not so blown out that the blacks should be this dark. Actually, I don't know because I didn't take the pictures. But that's how they seem to me.

How are you processing?


You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

Could it be my monitor?? I do the regular auto level/contrast. Some lab sharpening and I use Channel Mixer to convert it to B&W. :-(

I am not exactly a VG post processer :oops:
