Here are some samples of the birds I shot at the zoo last weekend...bright sunny day and the birds were in the shadows so lighting was attroucious...

You did a beautiful job on these captive birds. That first one is very special.

i like 4th and last one. his red and white feathers just jump out against that green/black background. And, the parrakeet? on the last shot is just to colorful to not like.
i think ill have to hit the zoo and try again. usually my shots come out like ewwww. But, seeing your shots got me inspired!!

Great shots. I was there on Saturday. The light was bright overcast which is perfect. I was looking for the peacock, but it wasn't out. The baby tiger was cute but asleep.
