These are from today and yesterday morning, I think this is a female redstart, The male is dark with red spots, Unfortunately they hide well in dense bush.
So below: American Redstart, female, a Yellow-rumped Myrtle Warbler, and a Nuthatch

Nice collection. Possibly by using a smaller aperture you could blur the bg a little. Love the Nuthatch. --Rick

Good collection John. I would go along with Wayen about the Warbling vireo but I can't really tell what number three is.

Nice shots - don't want to be pedantic but female birds don't sing - it's solely the job of the male in the bird world.

Thanx guys for the commentary, I saw a male Redstart yesterday, deep in the vegetation. Got three shots of it and all three are crap. No light and many branches in the way, just in case you wanna see it, but pls don't look at the quality. Tell me if it's not a male Redstart...

How big, or little is this guy? Size is always so hard to tell in a photo, but when I have an idea of what to look for, it makes it easier to find. :)

Some females sing. I often see adult female cardinals singing, female mockingbirds sing in the winter to protect territory. That being said, I'd think the singing redstart is a first-year male.

Yes I know, The third image was taken on Tuesday and Wayne was there with me. He should also have some shots of her and she was singing hard, just ask him.
