Need help with this question?

i'm going to vegas in 2 days and i was wondering what the best lens to use for this place like at night ect. and i would love if someone would give me some insite on what settings i should use to get great pictures at night thanks

Use a tripod and as long exposures as you need during night. Guess a wide-angle zoom will be well fitted for street-photography in Vegas.

It might be a good time to try out the 'Night Portrait' mode?
Settings? That's a bit hard to say. You might try some night shots before it's night (twilight). That usually works best for me.
Shoot - check it out - delete - shoot some more.
Repeat as necessary!

But remember to skip the "delete" part if the shot looks OK on the LCD
