Took this last Sunday when I was up holiday at my parents place in QLD (Queensland for non Aussies). Not sure what sort of bird it is, but it's quite friendly, my parents have been feeding it raw mince for a few years.
I know this could have been better with a flash unit and a better beamer, but I didn't have the flash unit with me, and I don't own a better beamer, so this is the best I could do, given what I had. I don't do a lot of bird photography, but I am trying to do more of it in order to branch out and gain more experience, and I will be buying a better beamer when funds allow
