Well, I flat out suck at naming birds.
So, I will this "some bird" till I get the Correct name.
Anyhow, finally got a picture of this guy.
EVERY TIME I try and get a picture of these birds,
he flies off. Well yesterday, I snuck up on it, and ended up
with this.

Thanks. I've tried shooting this bird for weeks, everytime we would
go to the park. This bird hangs out by a little area
where theres alot of plants floating on top of the water.
It would see me, and take off.
But that day, I was hiding behind trees, moving in closer.
