I wish the shots were better but he was so far away. This is almost a 100% crop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Blackburnian, maybe? From the warbler family?

I would think that this is a female Yellow Throated Warbler.

I vote Blackburnian. The Yellow-throated Warblers don't have yellow behind the auriculars and the sexes are similar.

I also think this is a female Blackburnian Warbler, I don't think any other warbler has an orange throat... but I could be wrong.:)

:o I am totally wrong on this. I don't know what I was thinking, but I must agree with all others that this is a female Blackburnian

It's OK Postie, all us birdwatchers have misidentified birds before. I saw a Blue-winged Warbler a couple weeks ago from a distance and was sure it was a Prothonotary. As soon as I heard it sing I knew I was wrong, and then I got a better view and lousy photo to confirm it 100%. :D
