Photoshop CS2 Price

Since Photoshop CS3 has been released, has CS2 gone down in price? Where is the best place to purchase?

Am I doing the right thing trying to find a cheap copy of CS2 or is CS3 worth the extra money?

I am pretty sure that none of the traditional retail outlets are selling CS2 anymore. You can probably find it for fairly cheap on ebay.

personnaly, I think that CS3 was a substantial update. If you are on an intel mac than it is necessary to get CS3 as CS2 is a bear.

If you can get a legit CS2 version for cheap, you would qualify for a discounted upgrade to CS3, correct?

Full ACR 4.0 functionality is only available for CS3 (and LR, of course) I believe... limited ACR 4.0 functionality in Elements 5.0(pc)... CS2 would be able to READ ACR 4.0 edits, but not modify all of them directly.
