I can see where their vision was, but I think they failed at it. Just doesnt flow at all. I like the previous gen one. Looked like a supercar not an old Gullwing that someone made a body kit to make it look new. :(

I'm still in the pursuit of wide angle panning!! This was shot at 1/10. Not as crisp as I'd like it to be, but I still think it's a sweet shot.

Thanks. That was actually a battle for second place, the winner had a pretty good gap on these two.

Well, no matter. I bet they'd both like to see that shot!

I dont think I'd be close enough for it to reflect light that much.

Well, if the building is further behind you, that's just going to blur the window frames or structure between the windows (you can see faded shadows between the blobs of light on the hwy divider).

Think about times you've looked across a valley at sunrise/sunset and seen a house's windows flashing at you from the sun reflection, and the house is several miles away. If you turned around and looked at a wall, you'd see your shadow even though the sun is on the other side of the wall.

Nice one, MrWhippy! Isn't it cool to be at the right place at the right time to "capture the moment"?

Great shots here as always!

Here's a few from today.

IMAGE: http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4085/5002807095_a479ba455f_b.jpg

..and not too shabby for 1/80.

Was a good day, though standing about in 108 degree heat for 8 hours took its toll.
