It would be cool if you could get to the inside of the track too. Shooting them on the straight is pretty much impossible if you aren't in the RV area. There is a little retaining wall along the path back up the hill from the hairpin. Couple of decent shots from there are possible. The one you always see in the videos of them coming over the hill and some of the backstretch.
