SHOW US YOUR BEST PANNING SHOT

Majority of my trackside work is hand held BUT if I have the 200-400 on I use a monopod with the pro media head which give a lot better results than just a mono pod - I also couldn't get on with the standard mono pod especially for panning.

Superb, and that prop must be really spinning to get a full disc at 1/100.

Thanks, just shot one lap at the slow speed and only 1 was usable.
