I'm new to panning, but I gave it a try.
I was using 70-200; f22 @ 1/100 iso 500
I really did not know what I was doing, I know it's a tight crop but it's the best panning shot that I got. It was very hard to keep up with the cars as close as I was.

Drop that iso to 100, unless it's too dark for 1/100sec.

I'm new to this..... Here are a few from last weekend. When i try to slow the shutter speed down the images lose sharpness. I guess I just need more practice.
