So far this morning this is all that is enjoying the puddle.

Nice shots. I have had a bird bath up for about 2 weeks now and all they use it for is drinking. :)

I jsut bet you just don't see them taking a bath... with it being dry down here like it is I bet they get in there.. just keep watching.. so for it's early morning and late afternoon when they come to take a bath over here.. other times they are just drinking

I have a "bird bath" that I made out of an upside down clay pot with a 16 inch clay saucer on top of it. The water is about an inch or so deep. They drink out of it. I have never seen any birds bathing in it.
