Nice! That's a keeper... at least for posterity. I can imagine the sound those made. Saw a couple of P-51's on a fly by once and you could definitely distinguish those from a regular prop-job.

just think what it was like when the war was on , and you had cloud cover the noise of bombers going to meet the other bombers for the 1000 bomber raids on germany. giveing my age away arnt l, l was a young lad then and it awsome, your other site of the TT races is great also, thanks

the noise of bombers going to meet the other bombers...

We had 8 B-17s here a few years ago & the sound of the formation was impressive!
