This might not be perfect but I opened it up in Lightroom, clicked his white shirt, then slid the tone a bit. Didn't do anything else since white balance was the biggest issue. You'd want to Post to your own taste.

Just ambient light, no fill. It was about 7pm and the sun was behind the trees behind them. Not very good lighting, and like I said, not the best shot of the night by far. I just posted this one because it was a fairly close up shot of them side by side and felt it would be a good one for skin tone help.
