Trumpeter Swan

Here are a couple of shots of the local trumpeter swan.

I like the black and white feel in these. The third is nice with the reflection, though I wish it didn't intersect your graphic frame. You might try zooming out a bit on your crops to improve the composition.

I know what you mean about the head being cut off....I got the head that close on the original. I posted it cuz I liked the pose knowing that I should have shot it wider.

I still have the urge that overcomes my good sense to crop as tight as I can to get as much detail as I can. Then I fight with these kinds of problems....LOL...stil​l stumbling and learning....

thanks for reinforcing though...thats how you (at least I) learn...
