The small red plastic panel where the assist light comes out of on my 550EX broke yesterday. One of the little clamps that holds it into the flash snapped off. Does anyone know if this a replaceable part from canon?

More info | May 27, 2007 15:46 | #3 Not sure which one you mean but the part number for the upper window (called a Preflash Panel) is Y17-3066 and the part number for the lower window (called a AF LED Panel) is Y17-3065. I just got my sh*t together and now I can't pick it up...
