Absolutely stunning shots Dan. I am very jealous. Beautiful. :)

What do you wear to get out there like that?

This time I wore a waterproof camo jacket in anticipation of some rain (which didn't come until later that day). I wouldn't have needed it though as these birds are so full of curiosity. Neutral colored clothes is all I usually wear...oh and some rubber boots for sludging through the marsh...

OH WOW!! Fabulous images of this tiny little guy. How do you get so close!?!?! No way it was as 1,2,3 as you make it sound. Ok other than the sloshing through the water... and the 350 miles!;)

I swear the getting there was the hard part, just ask Wayne with his soaker and muddied hands! Once there all we did was wait...and come they did!

These guys are high on my want list!

You captured them nicely in their natural habitat. Nice and sharp!

PS: Saw you Saturday morning when you were out near the tip...I was near the river off North Service rd photagraphing common yellowthroats.

Marc

Thanks Marc! For me they WERE high on my wish list!!:p I didn't see you Saturday...must've been too concentrated!
