Black Crowned Night Heron and ID help!

Hi All,

Took this in Luray on our way to Shenendoah N.P. this morning. Nice trip! This heron was standing at teh top of a small waterfall. Low light and 6.3 ap at 100ISO made shutter speed slow, so many shots were just a bit off. This one was a pretty good one (one of the keepers).

The other bird was taken at the park. Could it be some kind of flycatcher?

he really looks like an ash throated flycatcher but really hard to tell. at first i thought it looked like a Tit because of the round body, but that might be because of the angle.

Nice call from a difficult angle - it is an Ash-throated Flycatcher.
