I am not sure about this macro. What is your opinion?

Interesting, but confusing. Can't figure out what's going on.

yeah, I kinda agree with that. seems your subjects (the bee and flower) are competing for the viewer's attention.

My first thought when I saw the shot (I like it, great colors...) :
I looks like the bee is lying on the flower, just like a drunk man lying on the bar ... seems like the bee had on too much of the nectar

This was exactly what I was thingking too but wanted to see whether I was the only one with that thought.
Yesterday evening after another splendid spring day I was sitting on my terras when I saw this guy with full pollen baskets (did he not collect enough pollen for today?) flying towards our fuchsia plant. It was already 7:20 pm so I found it kind a late for a bumblebee to collect pollen. I grabbed my gear and shot a couple of macro's before the good fellah flew away. When i looked at this picture -by the way the only sharp one of 3 - I saw that it was kinda lying on one of the stamen with its head right in the nectar. In bumbleworld probably AAA groups also exist but are not so often frequented :D
So I decided to change the title from Bumblebee into Drunk Bumblebee.

That's a great shot. It gets people talking. Very, very nice pic. To me
it looks like he's making love to something with 11 legs. Or maybe that should be 4 arms and seven legs.

That's also a very nice way to put it!
I prefer that one vs. the drunken idea.
