i just did a quicky. I didnt mind the shadows at all but heres how i did it:
open image
1: make a new layer
2: at the top, click the "use all layer" box, set opacity low and low, i like bout 35% on each.
3: on the layers box, click channels and click on each color till u find the one that shows the details u want to get rid of the best. On this image, it was blue layer.
4: using the clone tool, pick a good area to use, make sure u have "use all layers" checked and "aligned" unchecked. Now slowly clone out the parts u dont want in the shot. go slowly and keep checking your work by clicking the rgb tab on the layers.
5: once u got it as nice as u like, go back to the layers tab and take good look at the image. if its too much (it will be), lower opacity till looks normal again.
this way is good because all the changes are in a new layer, so if u mess up, just delete that layer and start over.
