Any good tutorials on putting interesting text effects in PS?

I like Doctor Russel Brown's 16 Favorite Text Tips but other than that the tutorials I've been seeing all seem to point to how to do a specific 'look' to text, and not just text effects in general. I've been pretty impressed with some of the text effects seen on some of the recent photoshop jobs (the lolcats and such) and looking for tips.
