Blue bird ID?

I know these are Eastern Blue Birds(shot last week)

But, what is this solid blue bird. I wasn't really setup for birds when he showed up on the feeder, so these are 100% crops. I flashed him, in rather low ambient light, so he's actually a bit darker than what you see here. We've seen him around before, but this is my first chance to get a couple of quick shots.
