Hello,
I'm new to these boards because i just got my Canon Powershot SD110 Elph. I'm having problems transferring my images to my desktop. I've installed all the latest drivers/software, uninstalled everything, and re-installed them once again several times, and it didn't fix my problem. (I've also e-mailed canon's tech support and they responded back with re-install the drivers, blah blah blah, even when i wrote to them saying i tried that.)

My camera's first hooked up to my USB ports, and then my cameras USB port, then i turn the dial to playback, and turn the camera on. My computer recognizes the camera, asking which program i want to open it with. I select Canon CameraWindow, hit OK, and then nothing happens. (The blue light on the camera never turns on.)Even when i try using ZoombroswerEX and transferring through there, i just get error messages for all things camera related.

If someone could please help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks,
-Dan

To help you out, I think we need to know what version of Windows you are running.
