This Canada Goose seemed to be enjoying the relative warmth of the shallow waters along the shore of the lake.

I've learned to dislike Canada Geese as they are so messy and love to ruin our lawns at the cottage....we are constantly chasing them away. That said this is one of the finest pictures I've seen of a Canada Goose. The pose, exposure and back ground are excellent.

I was going to suggest that only a lower angle could improve the shot...until I realized that you'd lose view of all the cool rocks in the water!! Excellent shot.
