w/ the 500 f4 and 1.4x - on the BushHawk - this lens is some sharp! You can hear the IS squak w/ the tele on! Bob

HB, No, on borrowing the 500 - I am sleeping with it!
Brandon, Yes, made the jump last Thursday - I can not say enough about the detail I get even with big crops.
Jim, I am glad you like the BushHawk - I do not know where my tripod is!

Fritz1, The Plover was about 35 ft away, shot landscape, crop to portrait - about 1/2 of frame gone. Did 0.4 USM and pulled the Exp. Comp. down .3 - Thanks, Bob
