A pair of winners here, me thinks! Absolutely love the composition in the first. Some contrast and level adjustments might help these outstanding photographs.

I just had to have a go at this image.:) If you would like me to remove it let me know.

What I did. A couple of adjustment layers using curves and levels along with noise reduction layer and some USM. All applied selectively.

I could have sworn I posted to this thread before. Must have hit the wrong button again.

Nice shots. We have babies here in the wetlands, but no way to get close to them. They always seem to be way out there. I'd love to get some pics of them.

Thanks Mitch,
I approached them very slowly, the dad goose stepped in and hissed, so I backed off and sat down...and they actually approached me! I felt very lucky to have them so close.
