so it was my brothers graduation today, 8th grade...im getting old

so in honor of this special day, as well as me blowing a little of my tax return i bought my first L glass, 70-200 f/4. nothing too special, and the price wasnt bad. i took about 120pics at the graduation and i have to say i am in love. i will never be able to buy another cheapy lens...great. the focus is INSTANT, colors wonderful, sharpness is unbelieveable, all in all i cant complain. sorry for the rambling, just wanted to say that from now on, im a sick addicted L glass lover

I have that lens and it produces excellent quality images... It's much maligned by some with the f/2.8 IS, but I can't fault the quality...

Enjoy...

Sounds like you've got a touch of L fever.

It's the same when you use your first pro body (any mfg) - there is no going back. Start apologizing to your significant other proactively.
