This fellow would hit the perch for exactly one half of a second then move on, so all of my shots of him are whatever he was willing to sit for... Quickest little targets in the yard, by far.

I love the first one the best. Sharp focus and nice pose. Tough lil buggers to get aren't they? Good work.

Well done! We have a couple that visit the feeders regularly and they are tough to capture.

The second is a much more pleasing image. Nice and clean, no clutter. It could use a bit more contrast to make it pop, but still really good as is!!

I tried to increase the contrast, but it seemed to blow out the whites around the neck area. Sometimes it's impossible to get the effect you want without sacrificing something else in the process. Thanks for the comments, regardless.
