That's what makes this a cool game. People from all over the world posting photos from all over the world and making connections because of places they have mutually been. Whether that was vacation, business, or because you happen to live across the street is irrelevant.

If somebody posts a photo of Crew Stadium, I am going to jump all over the answer, 'cause I've been there several times every year since it opened. (I am still not sure why I am not ashamed to admit that, but that's the subject for another thread!)

And I agree, Googling is resourceful, my guess would be that living there is a complete bonus , but I'll leave that up to the individual conscience as far as I'm concerned.

I dunno, but I can't get much done without it anymore...

Google maps did fail me when I was looking for the bandstand in Chicago (a couple of photos ago). I knew it was downtown Chicago and it looked quite distinctive, but I couldn't for the life of me find it in the the satellite photo. I did find it via a Google search, and then discovered that the maps photo only showed the construction site where is was being built... D'oh!

It's also fun when the GPS in the car doesn't "know" about a street. I'll be driving along and turn before the unit "thinks" I can.

It immediately starts trying to re-calculate the route, but when it doesn't know about the roads I am on, she ultimately gives up and just says (in the most polite manner, I might add) "Please make a LEGAL u-turn as SOON as possible").

It always makes me chuckle. I need to update her software... yeah, like that's gonna happen soon!

It looks like we're still waiting for Scorpio to post a picture!

Chichen Itza - no.

It's another fairly well known one, far to the southwest.
