I only see red, white and blue - which could apply to both our countries. But I do see what looks like a Texas flag in the foreground - is that any help?

Red, White and Blue is exactly right.....as many Americans wear on the 4th of July.

It is a parade commemorating the US Independence. It is not in Boston.

I'm sorry, I wasn't sure how to answer your earlier question about celebrating something British.

Not Penn (although I used to live there)

The circus wagon is really a key element here. As is Golden Age of Chivalry

the 4th of July parade is OK information but probably won't lead to the answer.
