What the heck is that? USA?

The goal is not to change your subjects, but for the subject to change the photographer.

I think you are in Sausalito and the sculpture is by Al Seybrian?

As for interesting I like sculpture (art) that is placed in its "place" so this seal in the sea is good :D

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

Absolutely right BB - it's on the sea front at Sausalito. Do you know it or did you Google?

Over to you.

Hi Roy

I had to Google it ~ we are just not as well travelled as I would like us to be ~ as I said I like sculpture that has a 'message' or at least to me though one WAIN I was hoping to post would IMO be impossible as I cannot find another image by Googling & I know where it is located, though I thought is was a permanent exhibit I surmise it was a temporary one. However I will post something soon that may be a challenge and interestingly enough is a form of sculpture ;)

Edit: in selecting my WAIN I have decided to pick another one that might be less difficult but it is still on the sculptural theme. As it is now nearly 11.30pm local time I am hoping it goes quickly ;) Oh, this one did not so much have message for me, so to speak, but a bit like the Parc Guell mosaic one it caught my eye!

Not sure but I think he looks like a Roman Emperor what with the laurel leaves on his head. From what I can recall there were a few different such 'relief' sculptures around the place!

Not a school but yes in the UK :)

Edit: Thinking about it though it would fair to say that the place welcomes educational visits.

Not a church though it also houses I believe a place of worship.

You said it wasn't a school - but if it houses a place of worship, is it another place of learnimg?
