Wurzberg is a beautiful city but I preferred Munich. So much to see and do in Munich and you do not need a car. The Mass transit was quite good IMO. What did you want to do in those 3-4 days? Relax? Party?

Relax really and touristy, it would be in Feb for our anniversary (external link). Don't really party when i'm away, usually to tired from walking around all day.

Gary nailed it on the head. Wurzberg was a tad boring for my taste, but then again I was there alone killing a day off from working in the area...
Have you thought about some skiing or something warmer for February?
