No! That's in a different part of Utah. But I'm going to give it to Roy anyway because Red Canyon is pretty specific.

The road is Utah State Route 12, also known as Scenic Byway 12 or A Journey Through Time Scenic Byway (external link). Confusingly, there appears to be another road with the same mouthful of a name in Oregon (external link). Will the real Journey Through Time Scenic Byway please stand up?

You can see the two rock arches on the road very clearly on Google Earth (external link). Also, and rather bizarrely, there's a video on YouTube (external link) showing the view as one drives this bit of the road. The two rock arches are within the first 30 seconds of the video.
