Looks like a Red Shoulder hawk. Nice shot, but could be lighter.

It looks like a Coopers Hawk, I am not all that up to date on the Raptors in the USA

Looks like a Red-shouldered to me, though hawks are tough to nail down without seeing them in flight. I don't think it's a Cooper's based on a couple of factors, the foremost being the tail (with the Accipiters having generally longer tails). You might be able to argue it being a Broad-winged, but the legs look long enough to be Red-shouldered to me.

But take what I say with a grain of salt; hawks are by far one of my weakest bird ID areas.
