New Game: Pick the Lens game.

Open for Canon and Canon-mount after-market lenses, mounted to any Canon DSLR or SLR body.

The rules will be simple. Post a picture taken with the lens requested by the last picture-poster. Then, like in TPBM, request which lens the next poster must use (or has already used) for the next shot. And so it will hopefully continue. If there is a real lull in a response, say 24 hours, maybe the requester can ask for another lens. For this reason, we should probably stay away from requesting lenses that virtually nobody has. This will be fun in that we can request an image taken with a lens we already have and love, or one that we are just dying to purchase.

Keep the images to forum specifications, no longer than 800 pixels on the longest side.

As the first post, there won't be an image, but I request a shot from a lens I have been intrigued with for a while:

Photo below will be taken with a Canon 50mm f1.2L

I don't think that many of the usual game-players here have such a lens. Might be better to start this off with a commoner lens.

I could post with a 50mm 1.8 then crop off a little and it would be like a 1.2 ;-)a

"Laughed So Hard I Almost Peed My Pants"

I think Julia Roberts said this in Pretty Woman (great movie)

We're wandering off the game topic a bit. Probably not what Andrew had in mind, but Fun!

I should have guessed that. One of those movies that sucks you in even after 300 viewings!

Ok, I hear you.

We'll change the lens, but stay with 50mm. How about a shot with a 50mm f1.4, which is always a crowd-pleaser in these parts.

TPBM is taken with a 400mm f/5.6L (I keep dreaming of owning this lens!)
