Hi everyone, just wondering what everyones feeling on PP is. I like the effect it gives, but some people think it might be too much sometimes. I guess in most cases its just personal preference.

Which do you think is better the original or the PP?

I like them both, but prefer the first one as i like the softer look and feel it has to it.

I changed the Lomo effect to only 50%. I think it actually looks better this way, the colours arent as hard.

here it is

i'll speak against the crowd and say that i like #2 better. i think you're right though, it's a personal preference thing, and based on what kind of statement you're trying to make.

#1 is better
#2 looks too manipulated.

its a little to hard of an effect for this type of image. One thing that stands out to me is her armpit, it could stand to be smoothed a little and take the dark spot out. Otherwise its a great shot.

id take one in the middle of them two. first shot is nice but a bit flat, nothing a little curve adjustment couldnt fix. the second one is wayy too much PP for this type of image. if it was a guy, yeah but for a girls picture? no way.
and yeah, that underarm is distracting....

I like v 1.5, not too much of the effect. This is a style I like doing, dark, contrast type photos. You did good on this:D

My fiancee (who is the model) actually noticed the same thing and I said it wasnt a big deal...its just the shadow. The rest of the shots all looked normal in that area :) I have however fixed that particular photo now.

The photo below is actually my favorite of the shoot...those old covered bridges are a rarity now-a-days.

As a lady, may I recommend photoshoping her arm pit? I know she's going to notice that, and it'd be a pitty since its a nice shot.
