hurray sparrow hawk + other in flight

hello to all ive only managed to get a couple of time during last week .
im i was actualy in th rite place rite time lotes of luck my first
sparrow hawk with dinner. after that getting some practice on the swift's not 1st class but my best so far. and the under carage of a woody.
all bigma 500mm 1.4tc all cropped and cs3.

Great catch with the sparrow hawk Jason. I'm hoping the Bigma will work OK with this winters eagles in flight. Were you using a tripod?

catching these flyers with a 500mm +1.4!! wow u are good. I doubt I could catch them flying with a 35mm haha.

I don't even think I could lift that rig! Great captures and timing.. Yum dinner!

mitch i did'nt have time as i stepped out of the tea hut the hawk was with in shooting range so i rain back in grabbed the camera zoomed out prees the button .
most frustration still the bloody thing goes all the way back then travels back then focuses .
bye then the hawk was coming over my head aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh so i only managed a couple of shots same with the other 2 but i had more time like hours practice practice practice ..

Jason, try setting the camera to AI Focus instead of AI Servo. It seems to work better with the Bigma, less hunting around.

Nice shots Jason. Don't think I've managed any decent bif shots with the tc on the bigma. So 10 out 10 ! all things considered.

just not anoth focus points.
