CS3 Advice Needed

Could someone tell me if there is a way to setup CS3 so that you can look at before/after views of the images you are working on side by side?

Any advice appreciated :)

No. The best you can do is click the preview box on and off in Camera Raw - and/or click layers on and off in Photoshop CS3 itself.

This is another thing that Lightroom gets right.

When you open the image, immediately make a duplicate copy (name it whatever you'd like), then edit the duplicate. You will always have the original to compare against.
