Ummmm ..... yummy! When I was a kid, we had a pet crow and we had to feed it like that -- it would not eat food out of a bowl. My brother and I would stick our fingers down its throat all the way to the second knuckle. It is a strange feeling.

Jun 03, 2007 12:36 | #17 Thanks Bill. I had several pet crows when i was growing up too. Fantastic birds aren't they? One of them could almost talk. But he had no trouble eating, especially bread dipped in milk. Mitch- ____...^.^...____

Ours lived in a large oak tree in the back yard and when we went outside, we could call him to come sit on our shoulder or lap. Atmospheric haze in images? Jun 03, 2007 17:36 | #21 My first one lived on the porch and Mom would even bring him in when the weather was killer cold. He would also ride my shoulder down to catch the school bus in the morning, then be there in a tree, waiting, when the bus got there in the afternoon. It was the neatest thing.
